Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of DrawFort (the "Service"), operated by DrawFort ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DrawFort helps subcontractors prepare AIA-style progress-billing pay applications and related documents. The Service generates documents from data you provide; you are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and the figures you submit to third parties.

3. Not legal, accounting, or professional advice

DrawFort is software, not a law firm, accountant, or surety. Pay applications, lien waivers, and other outputs are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal or accounting advice. Lien-waiver and billing requirements vary by jurisdiction and contract; confirm the correct forms and figures yourself or with a professional before relying on them.

4. AIA trademarks

AIA®, G702™, and G703™ are trademarks of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). DrawFort is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AIA. Our documents are functionally equivalent "AIA-style" forms and are not the official AIA documents.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
